Arrival dates

Any day, subject, of course, to availability.

Check In/Check Out

Apartment arrivals from 4pm, departures by 12,30 am.

Enquiry/Reservations
For any enquiry or to check availabilty please phone or use the availability calender & enquiry form on our web page.

Prices 

All prices of units include VAT. gas, water and linen. 50 % will be required at time of booking which will be clasified sa temporary reserved status untill until the deposit is confirmed receipt. Bookings will be temporaly held a maximum of 7 days. If payment of deposit is not received within the given time, the reserved dates will be made available again. Upon receipt of your deposit we will send details of the reservation and final payment terms (cash) prior to arrival and check in. Cancelations and refunds under 30 days before reservation dates will have deposit forfeit. Deposits are to be paid by bank transfer, paypal or otherwise agreed methods. Details will be given at time of initial booking.

Cancellation charges

Up to 28 days, loss of deposit: 27-15 days, 50% (or loss of deposit, whichever is the greater): 14 days or less, 100%.

Breakages

A deposit of 100 € will be required against breakages and to be paid together with the balance at check in. The same will be refunded at departure, being the equivilent amount subject to any charges for breakages, loss and/or damage, and/or if the unit is left in an unacceptable condition resulting in higher cleaning costs.

Cots, Highchairs, change mat, baby bath
Provided free of charge subject to availability and advance booking only. .

Personal Bedding, Linen and Towels.

Bedding (except cot) and towels are included, as are tea towels excluding beach towels. The apartment has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board available.

Pets
Strictly no pets allowed, other than with express permission of the owners in writing with the exception of guide dogs for the blind.

Late Arrivals
Prior notice required if you plan to arrive after 8pm. If delayed en route please ring to advise your estimated arrival time.

Loss/Damage
Any loss, damage or breakages to site equipment or facilities must be reported to the owners.

Groups
Are most welcome. However, please note that all male/female groups can only be accepted by prior arrangement.

Health and Safety
Guests are requested to notify the management at once of any item that represents a risk to health or safety. In addition, the person who has made the booking undertakes to inform us if any party member is ill and agrees that the accommodation will not be occupied by anyone suffering from or who has recently suffered from any infectious disease, or who has come from a home where there has recently been such an infection.

Smoking
Smoking is allowed within the property.

Visitors
Anyone visiting guests are most welcome, but do so at the risk of the person who has made the booking.

Conduct
The owners reserve the right to decline acceptance of any booking and to expel anyone whose conduct is deemed to be detrimental to the area and the comfort of our neighbours.

Our Liability
No liability is accepted for any accident or injury to any guest or person visting a guest nor for any loss or damage to their property including motor vehicles, however caused. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any amenity or facility due to operational or safety reasons. Naturally every effort would be made to restore any such loss of facility with a minimum of delay. If any advertised facility is withdrawn or unavailable we will notify you in advance where possible. Strictly no right to remain at the property exists for the client or anyone in the client’s party.
